The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) and Unilever 2021 Inclusion in Tech Flexi Festival will take place on 24, 25 and 26 Feb – with 3 short sessions each day. We will be presenting headlines from the TTC’s 2020 Diversity in Tech report and sharing key insights and strategies from experts and employers.
We know how busy you are and how hard it is to fit in events like these so we are doing something different: there will be 3 sessions each day and these will be deliberately short, flexible, designed to work around your work, life and remote schooling commitments. Join us for a morning coffee, a working lunch and an end of day cuppa. All sessions are free and open to all – please share this invitation with your employees, colleagues and clients.
Why?
In 2021 we must move the conversation on to ensure that ethnicity, social inclusion, disability and sexual orientation are as central to any tech inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategy as gender. This won’t be easy. We are making progress but there is still so much to be done if the tech sector is to be truly inclusive and diverse. To continue to move the dial, we must be willing to have uncomfortable conversations if we are to find meaningful solutions that create change across all the lenses of diversity.
